This is the first time I have ever needed to leave a negative review on Etsy, and am very disappointed it has come to this. I ordered these back in June, and was sent the wrong size. It has been 3 months, and the seller has done nothing to correct their error, often taking weeks to reply. Since I am in Canada, I was understanding that exchanging would be a hassle (especially since I already paid customs on these). I even offered to re-buy in order to get the correct pair, but the seller never confirmed if they did have the correct size. The pants I was sent are too big, and aren't wearable outside the house, as they bunch up at the crotch. I bought them assuming I could wear them outside the house. I may be able to bring them in, but could end up ruining them. The seller offered compensation, but never followed through.
